House rules Aparthotel Kottenforst

Dear Guest, we warmly welcome you to our apartment hotel and hope you have a pleasant stay. Our experience has shown that certain rules regarding the use of the inventory and the behavior of our guests are helpful in making your stay with us as carefree as possible and in avoiding any potential misunderstandings.

  1. Inventory and Damages:
We kindly ask you to treat our inventory with care and to put used dishes away clean and dry in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings does occur and is often easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage. As a rule, tenants and accompanying persons are liable for such damage and are responsible for appropriate replacement or reimbursement. This is usually not necessary for minor damage, such as broken dishes. Disposing of hotel property is not permitted and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
  2. Waste Separation and Disposal:
We kindly ask you to dispose of your household waste outside of regular cleaning hours in one of the two waste bins located in the courtyard or at In der Wehrhecke 86. Please ensure that you separate paper, plastic, and organic waste as much as possible. All other waste can be disposed of in the black bin (residual waste). Leaving waste in the hallways is strictly prohibited.
  3. Cleaning:
Regular cleaning takes place once a week. Please tidy up beforehand and wash your own dishes. Bed linen and towels will be changed by our staff. Please ensure that the rooms are regularly ventilated to prevent odors and mold. For the final cleaning, we kindly ask you to remove any major dirt beforehand and leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
  4. Noise and quiet hours:
Please be considerate of other guests and the neighborhood and keep the volume in the apartment at a reasonable level, especially when listening to music or watching TV. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  5. Visitors
are welcome in our apartments for short stays. However, it is not permitted to have unregistered guests stay overnight. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in a timely manner so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.
  6. Smoking
is strictly prohibited in our apartments. Please use the outdoor areas for smoking only; otherwise, a fee of €60 will be charged.
  7. Pets
are welcome. There is a charge of €6 per night/pet. Please note, however, that you are responsible for cleaning up any damage or soiling caused by your pet, or you must inform us. Pets are not allowed on the beds.
  8. Arrival and Departure:
The apartments can be occupied from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Departure is by 12:00 PM at the latest.
  9. Key:
We will provide you with a key and ask you to treat it with care. A fee of €60 will be charged for lost keys.
  10. Safety and valuables:
Always close all windows and the front door before leaving the apartments and make sure to switch off electronic devices. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
  11. Environment:
We care about the environment, and we hope you do too. Therefore, please switch off the lights and all electronic devices when they are not in use. Saving water also helps the environment. Thank you.
