For day bookings, the city of Bonn’s 7% overnight tax will be added. VAT is included in the price.
For cash payments you will receive a discount of €2.50 per person per night (applies to day occupancy).

The prices quoted are for a single-occupancy apartment, including VAT, but excluding tourist tax (payable only in the first month). Each additional person will be charged €10 per night.
For cash payments, you receive a €20 discount per month and room. Additional nights are discounted by €2.50 per night/person.
Payment terms
We accept EC cards, Mastercard, VISA, and debit cards.
Billing is done monthly in advance by bank transfer or upon arrival in cash or by card.
Daily bookings are billed at least once a week.
